Ingredients

  • slices Chusco Multigrain bread
  • thin chicken fillets
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • Arugula
  • heaping teaspoon mayonnaise
  • heaping teaspoon Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Elaboration.
