Corn and Seed Chusco with Chicken, Endive, Tomato and Fresh Herbs

Along with all the properties of the sunflower seeds and corn content, we add the flavor of tender grilled chicken, endive and tomato. For a perfect dinner with friends, make 3 or 4 servings of this delicious recipe. So, if you're up for giving it a try... It's sandwich time!
Seasoned and seeded
- 2 slices Corn and Seed chusco
- 3 small chicken breasts
- 1 head endive
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp fresh herbs chopped
- Olive oil
Dice the tomato and put in a bowl with the chopped herbs, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Cut the endive into 3 or 4 wedges, dribble with olive oil and grill.
Season the chicken with oil and salt and grill.
Toast the slices of bread and heap the endive, chicken and diced tomato with herbs on top of one.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve immediately.
