Latin Braided Bread with Ham, Cheese, Onion and Heart of Palm

Granier wanted to pay homage to all the people who feel part of this diverse and rich culture through a special recipe with our most Latin product – Braided Latin bread. A dish combining the freshness of its ingredients with our soft and tender bread. Salsa, bachata, tango, merengue… And fine food!

Ingredients

  • slices ham
  • slices Edam cheese
  • Heart of palm
  • Thousand Island dressing

Elaboration.

  • 01

    Slice the onion into two thin crescents and sauté with the butter, a large pinch of salt and a little olive oil until soft.

    Slice the heart of palm diagonally.

  • 03

    Slice loaf open and toast.

  • 04

    Spread a little extra butter on one piece, top with the ham, cheese, sautéed onion and palm.

  • 05

    Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and place other slice of bread on top.

    Serve.
