LETIZIA BAGUETTE WITH FRESH CHEESE, WALNUTS, ARUGULA AND AVOCADO
Our favorite baguette for young and old alike because of its soft, brioche-style crust and crumb, here in a recipe with contrasting flavors and 100% healthy. For veggie fans, we present a sandwich made from our Letizia baguette combining the fresh taste of vegetables like arugula, carrot and avocado with the antioxidant and vascular benefits of walnuts. And to give it a touch of taste and creaminess, nothing beats slices of fresh cheese. Don't forget to add a shot of paprika oil for an IRRESISTIBLE something else. So, if you're up for giving it a try... It's sandwich time!
- 1/2 Letizia baguette
- Olive oil
- 1/4 avocado
- Fresh cheese sliced into 7 thin slices
- 1 Handful arugula
- 2 Heaping teaspoons diced walnuts
- 1/2 Julienned carrot
Slice baguette open and toast.
Blend a dribble of olive oil with paprika.
Dribble a little paprika oil over the bottom half of the baguette and top with the cheese, arugula, avocado, nuts and carrot.
