For veggie fans, we present a sandwich made from our Letizia baguette combining the fresh taste of vegetables like arugula, carrot and avocado with the antioxidant and vascular benefits of walnuts. And to give it a touch of taste and creaminess, nothing beats slices of fresh cheese. Don't forget to add a shot of paprika oil for an IRRESISTIBLE something else. Ingredients

  • Handful arugula
  • Heaping teaspoons diced walnuts
  • 1/2 Julienned carrot

Elaboration.

    Slice baguette open and toast.

    Blend a dribble of olive oil with paprika.

    Slice avocado.

    Dribble a little paprika oil over the bottom half of the baguette and top with the cheese, arugula, avocado, nuts and carrot.
