Raisin and Walnut Chusco with Brie, Turkey, Cranberry Sauce and Pistachios
One of our tastiest and most nutritious breads without question is our Raisin and Walnut Chusco. As everyone knows, raisins are one of the foods with the highest amount of antioxidants and are also very beneficial in aiding intestinal transit. Walnuts help prevent cardiovascular risks and maintain healthy cholesterol levels. If to all this we add a spongy, soft crumb bread and ingredients like brie and cranberry sauce, we get a dish that can’t be topped. It's sandwich time!
Seasoned and seeded
- 2 slices Raisin and Walnut chusco
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 oz. brie cheese
- 3 roast turkey slices
- 1 heaping teaspoon cranberry sauce
- 1 heaping teaspoon finely chopped pistachios
Toast the bread and spread butter on one slice.
Top with the turkey slices, then the sliced brie and cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with the pistachios and place the other slice of bread on top.
