Granier Traditional Turkey, Zucchini, Tomato and Gorgonzola Sandwich
Need to serve up a healthy, nourishing dish with fresh ingredients but you’re short on time? Don't worry – 15 minutes is all you need. Pick up a loaf of Granier Traditional Bread made from stoneground wholemeal wheat and sourdough and the rest is simple! Just add some grilled zucchini, tomato, turkey slices and gorgonzola cheese. It's sandwich time!
- 2 slices Granier Traditional bread
- 2 oz. roast turkey slices
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- Olive oil
Slice the zucchini, sprinkle with olive oil and grill.
Slice the tomato.
Toast the sliced bread and add the arugula seasoned with olive oil, followed by the turkey, tomato, zucchini and crumbled gorgonzola.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
